By accessing or using TorqueStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TorqueStack is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TorqueStack strictly for its intended purpose: tracking bicycle maintenance and component usage. You may not:

• Attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, or abuse the TorqueStack platform or its database.
• Connect unauthorized third-party scripts to scrape or overload our API.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Strava Integration limits

TorqueStack relies on the Strava API to automatically sync mileage. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime of the Strava API or that your activities will sync instantaneously. You acknowledge that syncing delays may occur out of our control.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TorqueStack is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our maintenance intervals are based on industry standards, they are guidelines only. You agree that TorqueStack is not responsible for any mechanical failures, accidents, or injuries resulting from worn components on your bicycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TorqueStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
